I experienced the same thing a few months ago when i asked for a replacement key for superliam because i changed computer.
I didn't get an answer so i decided to use my twitter.
So i wrote something like that.
I don't think it is professional when people don't answer emails from their customers @liamervan
Then in a few minutes i got a reply saying When they don't get such emails how can they respond?
And i send it again and i recieved my key then.
Now if it is true that he didn't get my first email then he could do something to fix this issue because a lot of emails could be lost this way.
But if he gets the emails and he doesn't answer them especially from people who payed it is wrong in my oppinion.

Really that sucks! I don't use twitter I sent him a private message on the Zone, but haven't heard anything. I sent him emails from my yahoo and gmail, maybe I'll just have to catch him when he is on the Zone.

Not only that but he's a working man now. But he recently posted on the Audyssey mailing list that he's going to switch over to a name-based registration system, precisely for situations like this where someone changes computers or has to reformat, since even on the same machine the same code won't always work. That way you can just back up the code and regardless of what computer you have you can register the game.
